Terms and Conditions – ZZ999 Pakistan Online Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ZZ999 ("ZZ999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at zz999.online. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ZZ999 platform — including live cricket betting, Aviator, baccarat, virtual sports, card games and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the ZZ999 platform. ZZ999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ZZ999. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. ZZ999 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect the account holder is under 18. Any winnings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited and the deposited balance returned net of any bonus funds used.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual person is permitted to hold one ZZ999 account only. Multiple accounts per person, per household address, per device, or per shared IP address are prohibited. ZZ999 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts beyond the first registered account may be closed and any balances forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to maintain this information accurately throughout your time as a ZZ999 player. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

• You must provide your real name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identification.
• Your mobile number must be valid and registered in your name — it is used for account verification and withdrawal processing.
• ZZ999 may request copies of identification documents, utility bills or payment screenshots as part of its verification process at any time.
• Failure to complete verification within 14 days of request may result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZZ999 account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person. ZZ999 will treat all activity performed using your account credentials as having been authorised by you, and will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your ZZ999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ZZ999 support immediately at support@zz999.online. We will suspend the account while the situation is investigated. Claims of unauthorised access made after significant betting activity has occurred on the account may be difficult to substantiate and ZZ999 reserves the right to make reasonable judgements on such claims based on available evidence.

3.1 Account Currency

All ZZ999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZZ999 does not operate accounts in any other currency. Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and winnings are all calculated and settled in PKR. ZZ999 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs applied by third-party payment providers where a payment originates from a non-PKR source.

4. Deposits & Payments

ZZ999 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your ZZ999 account balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider — in practice, Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically reflected within seconds.

• Deposit limits: ZZ999 does not impose a maximum single deposit limit, but individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players may also set personal deposit limits within their account settings.
• Payment method ownership: The payment method used to deposit must belong to the account holder. Deposits from payment methods registered to another person are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit does not appear in your ZZ999 balance within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• No cash deposits: ZZ999 does not accept physical cash payments through any channel.
• Deposit fees: ZZ999 does not charge fees for deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at ZZ999 is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. ZZ999 requires identity verification — submission of a copy of your CNIC or passport — before processing your first withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all players.

5.1 Processing Times

• Bronze VIP: Standard accounts — withdrawals processed within 4 hours of approval.
• Silver VIP: Withdrawals processed within 60 minutes.
• Gold VIP: Near-instant processing — typically under 15 minutes.
• Diamond VIP: Immediate processing on request.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance is withdrawable before wagering requirements are met.
• ZZ999 may request additional verification documents for withdrawals over Rs 50,000. This is standard compliance procedure and is not an indication of any suspected wrongdoing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ZZ999 offers various promotional bonuses including the welcome deposit bonus, weekend reload bonus, weekly cashback, Aviator daily cashback, referral rewards and VIP programme benefits. Each promotion is subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering requirement: All deposit match bonuses (welcome and reload) carry a 5× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount only. Example: deposit Rs 1,000, receive Rs 1,000 bonus — you must wager Rs 5,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus funds are forfeited at expiry and cannot be reinstated.
• One welcome bonus: The ZZ999 welcome bonus is available once per player, per lifetime. Players who close and re-register an account are not eligible for a second welcome bonus.
• Eligible games: All real-money bets placed on ZZ999's cricket betting, Aviator, baccarat, card games and virtual sports count in full toward wagering requirements. No game carries a reduced contribution weighting.
• Bonus stacking: A player may not hold more than two active bonus allocations simultaneously. Where a second bonus is credited while a first is active, wagering requirement progress applies to the first bonus before the second begins.
• Abuse: ZZ999 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse, multi-accounting or fraudulent bonus claims are identified.

6.2 Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback (10% of net losses, up to Rs 3,000) is calculated from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Pakistan Standard Time and credited automatically on Monday mornings. Cashback funds carry no wagering requirement and are immediately withdrawable. Aviator daily cashback (5% of net Aviator losses, up to Rs 1,000 per day) is calculated and credited daily at midnight PST.

6.3 Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are credited to the referring player's account once the referred friend has registered a valid account, completed identity verification and made a first deposit of at least Rs 200. Referral rewards are real-money credits with no wagering requirement. Self-referral (creating a second account to refer yourself) is classified as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated rewards and possible account closure.

7. Betting Rules

ZZ999's sports betting — including live cricket markets — is governed by the following general rules. Game-specific rules for individual sports and markets are available within each betting section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your balance. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues are not binding on ZZ999.
• Bet settlement: All bets are settled on the official result of the relevant match or event. ZZ999 reserves the right to use any reliable official source to verify results.
• Void bets: A bet will be voided and your stake returned if a match is abandoned, cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours of its scheduled start time, or if ZZ999 identifies a manifest error in the displayed odds.
• Manifest errors: ZZ999 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, regardless of whether those bets have been settled. We will make all reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors promptly.
• Maximum payout: ZZ999 applies a maximum single event payout. Current limits are displayed within each market. ZZ999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its sole discretion.
• Suspicious activity: ZZ999 reserves the right to withhold payment and investigate any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, inside information, or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit pricing errors.

8. Casino & Game Rules

ZZ999's casino products — including Aviator, baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Rummy and virtual sports — are governed by the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface.

• RNG certification: All digital casino games at ZZ999 use a certified Random Number Generator. The RNG determines outcomes independently and cannot be influenced by ZZ999, by players, or by any third party. Certification documentation is available on request.
• Live baccarat: ZZ999's live baccarat tables use physical 8-deck shoes dealt on camera by trained dealers. The game is governed by standard Punto Banco rules. Disputes regarding live table outcomes are resolved by reviewing the recorded footage of the relevant hand.
• Aviator: Aviator is a crash-format game operated under certified RNG conditions. The multiplier at which the round ends is determined before the round begins by the RNG. ZZ999 has no ability to influence or alter the crash point of any Aviator round.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZZ999 platform. ZZ999 reserves the right to void bets, forfeit balances, close accounts and report activity to relevant authorities where any of the following are identified:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with ZZ999's platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform glitches to generate artificial winnings. Where such exploitation is identified, ZZ999 will void all associated bets and seek to recover funds credited in error.
• Collusion with other players or with ZZ999 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using your ZZ999 account for money laundering or any financial transaction unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false identity information, submitting forged documents, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity during the verification process.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward ZZ999 support staff or other players on any platform feature that supports player interaction.

10. Responsible Gaming

ZZ999 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling stops being enjoyable and starts causing financial, personal or psychological harm, ZZ999 wants to help you address that — not profit from it.

10.1 Available Tools

Every ZZ999 account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available in your account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit activates.

• Self-exclusion: Lock your account for a defined period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests submitted to ZZ999 support are processed immediately. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZZ999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ZZ999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ZZ999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, republish or commercially exploit any part of the ZZ999 platform without express written permission from ZZ999. This includes the use of any ZZ999 brand elements in third-party marketing materials without prior authorisation.

12. Liability & Disputes

ZZ999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While ZZ999 makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible, accurate and free from technical errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. ZZ999 is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Network connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Inaccurate information provided by third-party sports data feeds, where ZZ999 corrects such errors promptly upon identification.
• Force majeure events beyond ZZ999's reasonable control.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

If you believe ZZ999 has incorrectly settled a bet or applied a term incorrectly, you should contact ZZ999 support at support@zz999.online within 14 days of the disputed event. ZZ999 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through direct support contact, ZZ999 commits to providing a formal written decision within 10 business days of a written escalation request.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ZZ999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ZZ999 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes significantly affect player rights or obligations, will notify registered players by email or platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Continued use of the ZZ999 platform after notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you should cease using the platform and withdraw any funds in your account before the amendment takes effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them or your use of the ZZ999 platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ZZ999 operates its platform in compliance with applicable online gaming regulations and anti-money-laundering requirements. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation.

By using ZZ999 you confirm that you are acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity, and that the use of online gaming services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your personal situation and location.
